Budget Bargains - Miss KG Ankle Boots
I have developed quite an obsession for Kurt Geiger lately, as anyone who follows me on Instagram knows (you can follow my Instagram here). I linked a pair of Carvela by Kurt Geiger heeled boots in my autumn/winter blog post which you can find here, and after a month of indecisiveness, I finally decided to purchase them. When they arrived, I was disappointed to find that they were faulty. The snake-textured leather was already pealing, the zips were tarnished, the box was destroyed, and they were in an overall disastrous state. I had the choice of a replacement or refund, and after deciding that the style wasn't for me, I opted for a refund. I continued my search for another pair of black leather (or good quality faux leather) heeled boots, and I was delighted when I found a gorgeous pair on Arnotts. Although they are almost identical to the pair I already have, I whipped out my debit card straight away without any hesitation because I absolutely adore the Chelsea boot style, and who could say no for €50? I guess you could say that it was love at first sight.
These boots, from what I have observed thus far, are exceptionally good quality, especially for the price. They are beyond comfortable, and I can safely say that I am sure I could wear them for an entire day, as I can my other Chelsea boots. The only thing that I can see that you would need to bear in mind if you are buying a pair for yourself is that I am of the opinion that the sizing runs ever so slightly snug. For example, I am normally a size 8 in shoes, boots, or any type of footwear with a closed toe, etc. and they were slightly more snug than the majority of similar style shoes I own.
While writing this post, I also came across the brown version of these, and I snapped them up, too. They were €10 more expensive and from Debenhams, but seeing as I seem to be struggling with finding a pair of brown boots to go with blue denim, I decided to just go for it. I did have some reservations about the shade of brown, and how it appeared that they had gently worn vibes which ever so slightly reminded me of watermarks, but I decided that I should at least give them a chance, as I find that a lot of the time, things look a lot different online. When they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are much more of a single uniform colour than they initially seem and are much nicer in reality.

Overall, I think that these boots are absolutely amazing, and although I am yet to wear them, I'm sure they won't disappoint. Kurt Geiger has definitely become my go-to when it comes to shoes. Although they may be slightly pricey, if you keep an eye out for the sales, you can snap up some amazing bargains.
All these shoes are undoubtedly very beautiful, but, I prefer black ones. I would also like to know their price. Can anybody tell me?
